The short version
Why it exists.
Every build here answers a specific operational problem. This is the one it answers.
- 01
What was wrong
Engineers given a paper schedule each morning and asked to phone in when a job was done. Paperwork came back a week later, sometimes, and a job in a basement with no signal came back as nothing at all.
- 02
What we built
The schedule on the phone, work recorded against the job as it happens, photographs and a signature captured on site, and everything queued locally until there is signal to send it.
- 03
What changes
The office sees a job complete when it completes, proof is attached to the record rather than a folder in a van, and no signal means a delay rather than a gap.
What it does
The parts that matter.
Not a feature list — the four things this product is actually for.
The day, on the phone
Today's jobs in order, with everything the engineer needs before they knock.
Works with no signal
Everything is recorded locally and sent when there is a connection — the engineer never waits for one.
Proof on the record
Photographs, a checklist and a signature attached to the job, captured on site.
A sensible order
Jobs sequenced by where they are, so the day is not spent crossing the same city twice.
What it took
The disciplines behind it.
How it is built
The technologies.
Chosen because they suit the problem and because a team other than ours can maintain them.

Tell us which part of the business you want to run better. We will come back with how we would approach it, what it would take, and whether we are the right people for it.
- 01An engineer reads the brief — not a sales inbox.
- 02You get a written response on approach, risk and rough shape of effort.
- 03If it looks like a fit, a call to pressure-test the scope.
