The short version
Why it exists.
Every build here answers a specific operational problem. This is the one it answers.
- 01
What was wrong
A shop running on a storefront, a spreadsheet and a messaging group. Stock was right in one place and wrong in two, the same item sold twice on a busy day, and nobody could say what yesterday actually earned.
- 02
What we built
One system. The catalogue the customer browses is the catalogue the business edits. Stock is set aside the moment a basket is created, and an order exists once — the customer, the warehouse and the dashboard are all reading the same row.
- 03
What changes
Place an order on the storefront and it appears in operations flagged as new, stock drops, the day's revenue moves, and the customer's history updates. Change a price in operations and the storefront card changes with it.
What it does
The parts that matter.
Not a feature list — the four things this product is actually for.
A catalogue that stays true
Customers search by name, category or price, and only ever see what is genuinely available.
Checkout in five steps
Details, address, delivery, payment, then a review of the whole order before anything is placed.
One place to run the day
Orders, customers, products, stock and the numbers — on the same screens, reading the same data.
Stock you can trust
Reserved moves when a checkout starts, not when a box leaves — so available means available.
What it took
The disciplines behind it.
How it is built
The technologies.
Chosen because they suit the problem and because a team other than ours can maintain them.

This build has a full interactive system behind it in the showcase — the storefront, the operations side, and the connection between them.
